Swivel Joint Repair Kit - FS6500
"Repair Instructions: Remove retaining ring and all o-rings. Thoroughly clean and inspect the bearing surfaces of sleeve casing and the seal glands of sleeve. " "If these surfaces are worn in any way, the assembly must be replaced. Lubricate sleeve and o-rings. The seal nearest the hex of sleeve should be assembled first. " Lubricate the two backup rings and assemble in the sealing glands, position away from the pressure.

Kit consists of 4 O-Rings, 2 backup rings, and 1 snap ring
Caution: Backup rings must be expanded carefully to avoid damage. When in the gland, the skive-cut backup rings should be fully closed.
The O-rings & backup rings should be fully seated in sealing glands. After lubricating bearing surface, reassemble the sleeve to the casing.
Assemble the retainging rings in the gland formed by the sleeve and the casing face.
