Assemblies

We specialize in custom fabrication of hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies.  Custom hose assemblies will be cut and assembled to exact customer specifications and shipped out with same day service.  Our trained sales force and technicians work with our customers to provide specialized assistance and assembly to insure the best fit for your equipment.

Metal Hose Fabrication

Our in house welding department uses state of the art equipment and highly skilled personnel in the assembly of our corrugated metal hoses.  All of our metal hose assemblies undergo a variety of testing procedures for your assurance in safety and quality product every time.

S.T.A.M.P.E.D.

When evaluating the right hose assemblies, we us the "STAMPED" method to assist you with your selection process.  This acronym relates to the seven major areas of consideration with hose assembly and is endorsed by the National Association of Hose and Accessories Distributors (NAHAD).

SIZE:  What is the inside diameter (I.D.) of the hose?

TEMPERATURE:  What is the temperature of the operating environment of the hose?  This includes the material flowing through the hose as well as the temperature of the hose's outside environment.

APPLICATION:  What is the hose being used for?

MATERIAL:  What material or substance will be flowing through the hose?

PRESSURE:  What is the maximum working pressure, either positive (PSI) or negative(In.Hg) of the hose?  Is the working pressure constant, or are there surges or decreases in pressure level?

ENDS:  What types of fittings are required for the application of the hose?

DELIVERY:  What is the delivery method of the hose?

Our factory trained technicians provide both on-site repair and installation at your business location. We offer a variety of rotary and piston air compressors by Kaeser, Champion, Schulz, and more.
