Shipment will by freight truck unless otherwise specified, except where weight will permit by UPS or parcel post. Shipping dates are approximate.  Delivery of products to a common carrier or licensed trucker shall constitute delivery to Buyer, and all risk of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by Buyer. No returns without prior authorization. Buyer agrees to pay Seller, upon return of merchandise, return freight and pay any associated restocking fee at the rate determined by Seller.
