Long Life Seal With Expander Ring: Bi-directional, urethane seal with rubber expander ring gives longer seal & cycle life.
Wider Pistons: Cast iron pistons proved superior bearing characteristics for longer life under higher operating conditions.
Positive Rod Seal: Most cylinder sizes with U-cups, others with O-ring, seals as standard for minimum seal action & cycle life endurance.
Rolled Threads: Rolled threads on the tie rods provide greater strength over cut threads.
Extra Seal Protection: Tube O-ring seals are reinforced by back-up washers for improved sealing and added endurance.
Heavy Duty Clevises: Ductile iron clevises for stronger tolerance to twists and shocks that cause fracturing.
